Does cold brew coffee taste better with reused grounds?

When it comes to flavor the first batch of cold brew is much richer than the one made with reused coffee grounds. It is also much stronger than the second one. Nevertheless, the cold re-brew still has some coffee flavor. Compared to the previous re-brewed ground beans experiments I made, it has the best taste, especially if you add milk.
