Frothy coffee, officially known as dalgona coffee but with multiple cousins around the world, is big on TikTok, Instagram, and foodie blogs right now. For obvious reasons! It’s ADORABLE. It looks like an emoji. Billowy, thick coffee fluff island floating on your weird “milk” of choice.
That’s why I was so happy to find this excellent recipe for a frothy coffee by J’dore on Youtube. The directions couldn’t have been easier as well. You just add instant coffee to a bowl with sugar and a little hot water and whisk until you make a thick gooey cream substance and serve it on top of warm or cool milk.
