Dalgona coffee is a whipped, frothy iced coffee drink made with instant coffee, sugar, water, and milk. Dalgona coffee has two distinct layers made from whipped coffee cream sitting on top of iced milk.
Caveat about that last one: while you can make a perfectly fluffy Dalgona coffee cream with an electric milk frother, it takes twice as long to whip it up than if you were to use a stand mixer or handheld one.
